The January/February issue of Cooking Light has a recipe for Walnut-Breadcrumb Pasta with a Soft Egg. I haven’t tried the pasta recipe, yet, but I followed the directions for boiling soft-cooked eggs and paired one with an English muffin and Hollandaise sauce. Yum!
