Today I stopped at Print Works Bistro in Greensboro, North Carolina, for lunch. I’d eaten there previously for a wine dinner, but this visit was the first time I’ve ordered off their menu.
I tried the signature mussels, which come with an appropriately sized order of fries. The mussels are prepared in a flavorful white wine and herb sauce, and I would have sopped it up if the provided bread weren’t already soaked in butter (my only complaint about the meal). I didn’t take photos, but you can see the space and the beautiful food on the restaurant’s website.
The restaurant is in the LEED certified Proximity hotel and features many local foods. I look forward to supporting their green practices and trying more dishes soon.
